Adept is a Class in Mass Effect 2. Adept is a biotic specialist, capable of disabling and killing enemies with raw biotic power. Classes are pre-made character roles with their own particularities and pre-set Powers. Players can change these values during Character Creation to fit their own play style.

 

Adept Information

Adepts are outfitted with L5x implants that can spawn a micro-singularity, damaging enemies and pulling them into the air.

Adepts are biotic specialists, capable of disabling and killing enemies with raw biotic power. While they lack advanced combat training, they are the best at defeating enemies without firing a shot.

Adept Class Powers

Adepts can unlock and level up the following Powers:

Warp Rips enemies apart at the molecular level and stops health regeneration. Effect against armor and biotic barriers. Starting class Power
Throw Hurls enemies through the air using a powerful biotic field. Unlocked at Warp level 2
Singularity A dark energy sphere dangles your enemies helplessly, leaving them wide open to attack. Starting class Power
Pull Levitate enemies, rendering them helpless while they drift toward you. Unlocked at Singularity level 2
Shockwave Biotic shockwaves topple enemies in your path Unlocked at Pull level 2

Biotic Mastery: Increases your Health and Weapon Damage. Improves your Paragon and Renegade score

Adept Specialization Class

When Biotic Mastery reaches Rank 4, players need to choose between two final evolutions.
Once you have chosen an evolution, you can not change it back.

Bastion

Increases the duration of all your powers and reduces their cooldown. It also grants a bonus to Paragon and Renegade score.

Nemesis

Increases damage dealt with biotic powers and reduces their cooldown
