Caleston Rift is a cluster in Mass Effect 2 located inside the Attica Traverse. Caleston Rift features 5 Systems and 23 Planets and can be unlocked after completing the Stop the Collectors: Investigate Collector Ship Mission. In Mass Effect 2 the galaxy is divided into clusters, systems, and planets. Inside each Cluster you can find a different number of Systems, and within each System you will find mainly Planets, but also Satellites. Firewalker Pack DLC
When you acquire the Firewalker Pack DLC, you can access the Balor, Aysur and Yakawa Systems before the Horizon Mission. After completing this mission, then you can access the Solveig and Talava Systems too.
