Kestrel Power Pack is a Leg Armor in Mass Effect 2. Kestrel Power Pack increases shields by 8%, heavy weapon ammo capacity by 5% and can only be used by Commander Shepard. Legs protect both of the player's legs and feet by applying various defensive properties, it also changes the appearance as well when it is equipped.
