Scram Pulsar is a Weapon Upgrade in Mass Effect 2. Scram Pulsar provides +10% sniper rifle damage. Improves Sniper Rifles for your entire squad. When a Weapon Upgrade is obtained, it's automatically integrated into the appropriate Weapon. Obtain Weapon Upgrades in stores and by scanning items on Missions.
This upgrade improves the mass effect field generator, increasing the mass and acceleration of each slug fired.
