Skeletal Lattice is a Cybernetic Upgrade in Mass Effect 2. Skeletal Lattice allows Commander Shepard to take -50% Damage to health from melee attacks and upgrades Melee Defense. When an Armor Upgrade is obtained, it's automatically integrated into the appropriate Armor. Obtain Armor Upgrades in stores and by scanning items on Missions.
By reinforcing the skeleton with a synthetic weave, bones can be made almost unbreakable. In the event of bone trauma, medi-gel conduits allow for bone regenerations in a matter of days.
