Thane Krios is a Companion or potencial Companion for Mass Effect 2. Thane Krios can fight alongside Commander Shepard. Thane Krios has the following proficiencies: Sniper Rifles and Submachine Guns; and the following Powers: Throw, Warp, Drell Assassin and Shredder Ammo.
Thane Krios Information
Thane Krios is a Drell assassin. Thane was trained to be an assassin, he made his first kill at twelve. Thane was sent to assassinate a Salarian when a stranger blocked his shot causing him to wake and feel emotions that had long slumbered. That civilian who blocked him from assassinating the Salarian was Irikah who later became his wife and they had a son, Kolyat.
Romance with Thane is only available for female Shepard.

How to get Thane Krios
After completing the Horizon, the Illusive Man hands in the Dossier: The Assassin. By completing it Thane will join the squad.
Thane Krios Loyalty Mission
The requirements to unlock Thane: Sins of the Father (Thane's Loyalty Mission) are:
- Recruited Thane.
Kelly Chambers tells Shepard to speak with Thane. Thane is worried about his son, Kolyat, who wants to become an Assassin too. Thane wants to stop his son from becoming an assassin like him.
