Tuchanka: Old Blood: Missing Scout is an Assignment in Mass Effect 2. Tuchanka: Old Blood: Missing Scout is about a Krogan scout that has been sent into Weyrloc territory and has yet to return.. Assignments are secondary quests in Mass Effect 2, that are not mandatory to progress the game's story, but provide context and flavor by meeting interesting NPCs of all kind of Races, granting additional experience, and letting the player visit extraordinary and unique planets.
Tuchanka: Old Blood: Missing Scout Walkthrough
You can find the scout in a holding cell, while you are completing Mordin: Old Blood. The scout has been subjected to experiments by Maelon, Mordin's former student. The scout refuses to leave with you, stating that he wants to stay in order to find a cure for the genophage.
You can convince him to return to the city. You can either use an Intimidate option, that nets you +7 Renegade Points and +2 Paragon points or a Charm Option, for +11 Paragon Points.
You can also lie to the Krogan, which makes him attack you instead.
Whatever the method used, the missing scout will return to the city, completing the Assignment.
