Maelon is an NPC in Mass Effect 2. Maelon is a Salarian Mordin's Student. NPCs in Mass Effect 2 can interact with Commander Shepard and they may provide information, Weapons or Items. NPCs also may give Missions in exchange for rewards. Choosing different interactions with NPCs may result in different courses of Mass Effect 2 story.
Maelon Information
Maelon is one of Mordin Solus' students, he was reported and believed to be capture by Krogan warriors, but it is later revealed that Maelon just volunteered to perform experiments that resulted in genocide. Mordin Solus is strongly disappointed by Maelon's methods and goals, and decides to kill him unless Commander Shepard interrupts him and convinces him not to.
