David is an NPC in Mass Effect 2. David is a Human Test Subject. NPCs in Mass Effect 2 can interact with Commander Shepard and they may provide information, Weapons or Items. NPCs also may give Missions in exchange for rewards. Choosing different interactions with NPCs may result in different courses of Mass Effect 2 story.
David Information
David or David Archer is an autistic mathematical savant, and he is the brother of Dr Gavin Archer. When Cerberus knew David was able to communicate with the Geth, Cerberus created the VI Program with the purpose of giving the organization complete control over Geth. David was forced into the VI Program.
