Mouse is an NPC in Mass Effect 2. Mouse is a Human "Duct Rat". NPCs in Mass Effect 2 can interact with Commander Shepard and they may provide information, Weapons or Items. Mouse Information
Mouse is described by Captain Bailey as "A petty criminal, a former duct rat". He runs errands for anyone who'll pay, generally for shifty people, who give them jobs like data running, fencing stolen goods, selling illegal VI personalities. "Duct Rat" is a local slang for the poor kids who grow up on the station, being small they play in the ventilation ducts where adults can't reach them. Many of them have a short life, Mouse survived long enough that he can't fit in the ducts.
